Following her studies in French and English law and a Master’s degree in criminal law from Paris II Panthéon-Assas, as well as gaining experience at various law firms specialising in general criminal law and commercial criminal law, Marion DE LAVIGERIE joined the firm ASSELINEAU & ASSOCIÉS in September 2026 as an associate.

She also undertook training with the presidents of the Assize Courts of the Paris Court of Appeal and the Prison, Reintegration and Probation Service, enabling her to acquire in-depth knowledge of criminal proceedings and the prison system.

She practises in commercial litigation and general criminal law, corporate criminal law, international criminal law and environmental criminal law, primarily before the Judicial Court.
