After training in international and European criminal law and an experience at the Special Tribunal for Lebanon in Leidschendam (Netherlands), Xavier DUBOIS joined the Employment Law Department of ASSELINEAU & ASSOCIÉS in January 2015, first as a trainee lawyer, then as of December 2015 as an associate, before becoming a partner in January 2022.

Within the firm, he has acquired a solid expertise in employment law, allowing him to advise and assist, for more than 6 years, both individuals and companies, in matters of advice as well as litigation, in the context of individual and collective disputes, before the Conseil de Prud'hommes and the Pôle Social du Tribunal Judiciaire (formerly TASS).

In the course of his practice, he also acts in matters of asylum applications, before the National Court of Asylum, as well as in matters of commercial and criminal law.
