After obtaining a bilingual Master's degree in European human rights law, working for the Institution du Défenseur des Droits in the "anti-discrimination - employment, goods and private services" department and gaining experience in several law firms specialising in immigration law and criminal law, Avigael LOEB joined ASSELINEAU & ASSOCIÉS in January 2023 as a trainee solicitor, before becoming an associate in December 2023. 

Within the firm, she has developed expertise in employment law, enabling her to assist both employees and employers before the Conseil de Prud'hommes and the Tribunal Judiciaire. 

 

She has also acquired solid experience in foreign nationals' rights of residence and asylum litigation, enabling her to appear before the administrative courts and the Cour Nationale du Droit d'Asile.
