His main role is defending French and foreign companies, their directors and employees, but also individuals, in complex disputes relating to civil, commercial and criminal liability, often with cross-border implications.

He has worked on cases implicating the liability of elected representatives and company directors in matters of corruption, abuse of company assets, environmental offences, cross-border accidents, public health, etc.

He is regularly appointed as an arbitrator.

He assists members of regulated professions (lawyers, doctors, pharmacists, accountants, auditors) with disciplinary and ethical proceedings and disputes relating to their professional structures.

He also has extensive experience in family and inheritance law.
