After 10 years working as the Legal Director of an industrial group that is a subcontractor supplying railway equipment and the vehicle industry, Flore ASSELINEAU joined the legal profession.
Her extensive experience in employment law working with businesses and individuals enables her to manage employment contracts and relations with employees and union delegates and staff representatives.
She also has a thorough knowledge of employee savings plans and collective insurance, which enables her to support companies both in making these mechanisms available and in choosing their employment policy in the interests of the business and its employees.
Her past experience in the business sector combined with mediation training mean that she is very comfortable in negotiations.
She obviously supports businesses in transfer and restructuring operations.
She works in a wide variety of business sectors. (Metalwork, IT, Hospitality, Hospitals, etc.)
Due to her initial general business training, she is equipped to work on matters relating to subjects that affect all areas of business (shareholdings, corporate mandates, tax procedures, etc.)
She also provides advice and litigation regarding matters of commercial law (drawing up, performance and termination of contracts, unfair competition, unpaid debts, acquisition of companies and assets).
