After 10 years working in the legal department of an industrial group that subcontracts railway and automotive equipment, Flore ASSELINEAU joined the legal profession.
Her extensive experience in employment law working for companies and individuals enables her to assist with the management of employment contracts and relations with employees, trade union representatives and staff representatives within the company.
She also has extensive knowledge of all employee savings and group insurance schemes, enabling her to assist companies in implementing the schemes available to them and in choosing the social policy that best suits the interests of the company and its employees.
Her background in business gives her great ease in negotiations, reinforced by her training in mediation.
She also assists companies with transfers and restructuring operations.
She works in a wide variety of sectors (metallurgy, IT, hotels and restaurants, hospitals, etc.).
Given her initial training as a corporate generalist, she is able to handle cases involving cross-functional issues (shareholding, corporate offices, tax treatment, etc.).
She also provides advice on commercial law matters (drafting, execution and termination of contracts, unfair competition, management of unpaid debts, acquisition of companies and business assets).
