We always seek to prioritise alternative methods of settling conflicts in a field in which emotional attachments often take precedence over the rational nature of the law.

We also support our clients in assets and inheritance law, in cooperation with the Notary's Offices that we usually work with.

We can also handle proceedings relating to Civil Status and parentage (claims for child support when father's identity is unknown, adoption, changing first name/surname, recognition of paternity/maternity).
