After training in criminal law and procedural law, as well as several experiences in Parisian law firms practicing in criminal law and commercial litigation, Joachim LEVY joined ASSELINEAU & ASSOCIES in April 2018 before becoming a partner as of January 2022.

He mainly intervenes in general criminal law, business criminal law and international criminal law, and as such, regularly pleads before criminal courts and Assize Court.

He defends French and foreign individuals and companies in complex litigation cases involving civil, commercial and criminal liability, often with cross-border implications.

Finally, he assists members of regulated professions (lawyers, doctors, pharmacists, accountants, auditors) in disciplinary and ethical proceedings.
